Congratulations to Dr. Yunshi Liao for winning the Best Poster Award during the Health Research Symposium 2024.
His research on arbovirus study in Hong Kong mosquitoes received high praise from the jury. Yunshi Lao works under the supervision of Professor Tommy Lam. Through interdisciplinary and trans-omic research of mosquitoes, viruses and their interactions with hosts, they develop novel solutions to the threats of vector-borne diseases.
